WNX Upgradation error in Meghdoot Enhancements

If you are getting error while upgrading the WNX please Download the zip file and execute it.
order of upgradation:
1.Copy the file WNXCities.txt file to server C: drive
2.Execute counter1.sql using Query Analyser on server machine.
3.Execute counter2.sql using Query Analyser on server machine.
