Active X Problem in Server - Meghdoot module

Solution received from PTC, Help Desk  is given below

Please register the dll files in the application path.
If the problem is not solved, please uninstall the application , search and delete all the installation .cab files and then reinstall the application.

Reinstall the application after deleting the old installation cab files. If you are getting any error while registering the dlls then do the following

Register the dll by entering the following in the Run dialog box window.(Start - Run)
Regsvr32 ApplicationPath\dllname
eg.Regsvr32 H:\POS\cash.dll

If the problem is not solved even after doing the above steps, there may be problem with the O/S or sqlserver. Check whether the machine is virus infected. Scan it with an updated anti virus package
