Pension Voucher Generation Problem

• Run the UpdatePensioner.exe
• Enter the SQL Server Name where Schedule database is located and Click on Connect
• In the next window, the information about the Pensioners,  whose PPONumber’s are duplicated , will be displayed.
• Here, you have to select the Old PPONumber and not the PPONumber of Family Pension. Since, the old PPONumber has not been made INACTIVE, you are getting the error of “Sub Query  returns more than one value” while generating the Entire Pensioner vouchers. When you select the row, you can find NULL in ‘Inactive from’  column for the old pponumber. In this program, you will be setting the the Date for this ‘Inactive From’ column.
• After selecting the proper record, click on OK.
• Now, in the next window, you will be asked to select the date for ‘Date Inactive from’ textfield. If the Pensioner is already inactive, you will get the message as “Pensioner is already InActive”.
• Next, click on “Change the date for Inactive from” Button and select the date
• Next Click on Update. After successfully updating the record, you can see that the selected Pensioner has been made Inactive. (Now, Inactive From column is filled with the Date)
• In this way, you will have to make all the old PPONumber’s as InActive.
• After this, you can generate the “Entire Pensioner Voucher” through Pension Module of Account PBS
