How to Prepare an xml file for EMO Bulk Data upload
Converting Excel file to xml

For uploading bulk MO data an xml file or text file can be used. An xml file can be built from the excel file. The detailed procedure for preparing the xml file is described in this document. The bulk MO data can be uploaded using the option Operator – Financial – MoneyOrder – UploadBulkMOData.
Open the Excel document
Click on the Developer Tab**
Click on Source option under Developer tab
An XML Source window will pop up
Click on XML Maps
XML Maps window will pop up
Click on Add
Select the sample xml file (pos.xml file which is available in the CD)
Click on OK
To map elements drag each element that is displayed on the window to the corresponding fields in the worksheet
Click on Export under Developer tab
Give a Filename (Filename should contain the string pos. For example Mysorepos.xml) and save
Upload the file using the option Operator – Financial – MoneyOrder – UploadBulkMOData
**Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Excel Options
Click Popular, and then select the Show Developer tab in the Ribbon check
